This subject is to provide an overview of the concept and knowledge on the actual construction practice at the site. Furthermore, to develop the our ability to apply the complete constructional procedures of the various types of building with suitable materials and design. Besides that, to develop the our ability to apply the health and safety measure necessary for the construction industry.
For the assignment one, is a individual assignment which is containing 20 drawings. This assignment made us know more about the components in the construction site.
For the assignment two is a group assignment. We formed a five member group.The assignment need to choose a topic and record a 20 minutes video. Then, we decided to go a construction site in Semenyih. This assignment made us know more knowledge about the processes in the construction site, materials in construction site and what's the role of contractor and civil engineer in a construction site.
Learning outcome
Interpret the logical sequences of concepts and alternative construction practices, demonstrating the variation in material application. Apply current legislation and standard with particular attention to safety and correct use of materials. Analyse construction nature problems systematically and synthesise solution through critical evaluation.
